Healthy Chocolate Truffles 

 

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Pitted Prunes

1/ 4 Cup Dates

3 tbsp Almond Butter

3 tbsp Cocoa Powder

1 tbsp Maple Syrup

½ Cup Grated Unsweetened Coconut

 

Place all ingredients except, the coconut, into a food processor.

 Make into a smooth paste.

 Roll into 1 inch balls (approx: 12)

 Roll into the coconut to decorate and place in fridge for at least an hour before serving.
